Alebg ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Diario de Peso mobile application (the "App") for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Data you provide: The App allows you to record personal health data such as your weight, height, gender, body measurements, meal logs, exercise notes, mood, and progress photos. All of this data is stored locally on your device using Core Data and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use the backup or cloud sync features.
Account information: If you choose to sign in (e.g., via Sign in with Apple or Google), we collect your email address and display name solely to manage your account, sync credits, and enable cloud features through Firebase Authentication and Firestore.
Purchase information: If you subscribe to a premium plan or purchase credit packs, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of your purchase status to unlock the corresponding features.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Premium subscribers are not shown ads.
- Firebase (Authentication & Firestore) — to manage user accounts and synchronize AI credit balances across devices.
- Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) — to manage advertising consent in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, etc.).
3. AI Features
The App includes an AI-powered recipe assistant ("IA Chef"). When you use this feature, your text prompts are sent to a third-party AI service to generate responses. We do not store or share these prompts beyond what is necessary to provide the feature. No personal health data from your diary is sent to the AI service unless you explicitly include it in your prompt.
4. Data Storage and Backup
Your health data (weight records, photos, notes, measurements) is stored locally on your device. If you create a backup, the data is exported as a ZIP file that you control — it is saved to a location you choose (e.g., Files app, iCloud Drive). We do not have access to your backup files.
5. Log Data
In the event of an error in the App, we may collect diagnostic information ("Log Data") through third-party services. This may include your device type, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and other technical statistics. This data is used solely to identify and fix issues.
6. Cookies
The App does not use cookies directly. However, third-party services integrated into the App (such as AdMob) may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services.
7. Data Security
We value your trust and strive to protect your personal information using commercially acceptable methods. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

The App may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
